Milton™ Bulk Supply Policy
This policy is designed for our Business-to-Business (B2B) partners, including wholesalers, garment exporters, and industrial distributors. We prioritize long-term professional relationships built on transparency and manufacturing excellence.
1. Business-Only Engagement
B2B Focus: We exclusively supply to registered businesses. We do not cater to individual retail consumers.
Verification: Partners may be asked to provide business registration details (such as GST or trade licenses) to access wholesale pricing.
2. Order Requirements
Minimum Order Value: To maintain the efficiency of our manufacturing lines, all orders must meet a minimum bulk threshold. Small-scale or sample-sized orders are handled separately.
Bulk Packaging: Products are shipped in standard industrial quantities (e.g., gross boxes or bulk rolls) to ensure safe transit and logistical efficiency.
3. Pricing & Commercial Terms
Wholesale Quotes: Pricing is volume-based. Larger consignments benefit from optimized manufacturing costs.
Price Stability: While we aim for consistency, quotes are subject to periodic review based on global raw material trends.
Taxation: All commercial transactions are conducted in compliance with standard tax regulations. Prices are quoted exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Production & Lead Times
Manufacturing Schedule: As a direct manufacturer, our timelines depend on current production cycles. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided upon order confirmation.
Order Commitment: Once a bulk production run is initiated, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Payment Protocol
Standard Terms: All bulk supplies operate on a payment-before-dispatch basis.
Advance Deposit: A percentage of the total order value is required to secure the production slot and materials.
Methods: We accept all standard corporate payment modes, including bank transfers and RTGS.
6. Logistics & Fulfillment
Dispatch: Goods are dispatched from our facility once the final quality check is complete and the balance payment is received.
Freight: Shipping costs and logistics arrangements are typically the responsibility of the buyer, though we can assist in coordinating with reliable transport agencies.
Damage in Transit: Our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to the carrier in factory-perfect condition.
7. Quality & Compliance
Industrial Standards: All components are manufactured to withstand high-stress industrial sewing environments.
Inspection: We encourage B2B partners to verify the consignment upon arrival. Any manufacturing discrepancies must be reported immediately for professional resolution.
